I started training with a large gym in the Chicago area in 2006, but quickly realized it wasn't my idea of "personal" training. I began MY PT DIRECT with the intentions of putting my clients first, and setting a sales quota aside.

 

Majored in Biology

Received my Personal Training Certificates from  National Academy of Sports Medicine including:

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Corrective Exercise Specialist
  • Performance Enhancement Specialist 

 

Mission:  I aim to establish a habit changing way of life for my clients in a direct and timely fashion. With proven abilities, I will do what's best for my customers. Achieving your fitness and nutrition goals is my goal, each and every day.
