Aging doesn’t mean giving up the activities you enjoy.
PT Direct provides personalized strength, mobility, and hands-on movement support delivered in the comfort of your home.
Our focus is on maintaining function, confidence, and independence over time through consistent, one-on-one care. Many clients and their families choose this approach for its flexibility, continuity, and personal attention.
PT Direct offers a calm, personalized alternative to traditional clinic-based and insurance-driven care.
You’ll have unrushed, truly one-on-one sessions with the same provider every time — built around long-term care, never limited by visit quotas or provider rotation.

When someone is coming into your home or working with a loved one, trust matters.
PT Direct is led by Justin Lysaght, DPT, NASM-PT, LMT a licensed physical therapist with experience in outpatient physical therapy, home-based care, strength and balance training, mobility work, and hands-on movement support.
In addition to his physical therapy background, Justin is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer. This allows sessions to blend safe exercise, mobility training, assisted stretching, soft tissue support, and practical wellness guidance when appropriate.
The goal is personalized support that helps each client stay active, confident, and independent over time.
